• All students must pay their fees during this meeting.
• Cost is $85 per musician/semester.
• Students requesting scholarships will be contacted before the meeting.
• Payment can be by semester or for whole year.
• **Students will not receive their music until payment is made.**

Musicians will:

• Elect student reps
• Season information provided
• Musicians receive music for whole season
• Read through some pieces with the Music Director

Parents will:

• Complete all paperwork
• Review concert season
• Discuss Fundraisers for CVYS:

1. Fall - Thanksgiving pie sale, Noodles Evening for CVYS
2. Spring, 2010 – Applebees pancake breakfast feed

• Sign up for CVYS committees – Each family is requested to participate on a committee.
